Return Policy: All sales are final, and once the order is submitted with a Purchase Order, the order will be immediately fulfilled. Physical products will be replaced if defective or broken upon arrival. You must contact us for a replacement immediately after receiving the product. Downloadable products cannot be returned. Once downloaded, we have no way of recovering them. Hence, payment will be due upon completion of the order process.

All downloadable documents available through this online interface are Copyrighted and the use of these materials is governed by legally binding End User License Argeements. Any disputes arising from these Agreements will be adjudicated in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
